Hand Rolled Film:
Due to customers trying to exceed the 36 exp limit, We no longer accept Bulk loaded / hand rolled film which is loaded by the customer (non professional source). We do make exceptions, especially for previous customer. Please contact us before sending any bulk loaded film to be developed.
Any film which is sent and does not pass the test will be returned with ONLY the developing charges refunded. Film Cassettes which have been over loaded (more than 30 turns) will be weighted and rejected if too heavy, spindle can’t be turned, signs the film was souped, signs of rust or water damage.

Black and white film:
For the remainder of 2022 we are suspending all black and white developing except for film made by: Kodak, Fuji, Lomography, Ilford, Kentmere, Fomapan. All film sent must be labeled and clearly visible as to the type of film, who makes it and the developing time. Violations to this will result in extra long delays in the film being developed. Please don’t assume things, ask if your not sure.

Developing:
We do not give refunds or discounts for blank rolls of film. If you paid for upgrades, that money will be refunded. Developing charges never get refunded.
