Attention Everyone
On Tuesday morning while having other work done, it was discovered that one of the 70+ year old pipes is leaking into the wall and must be replaced ASAP. This pipe is just a few feet from where our film processor is sitting. The wall we have to open is made of Antique Knotty Pine. We need to get this repaired ASAP without damaging the wall, I am doing a soft shutdown for the remainder of this month. You can send film in but the turn around time starts at 2 to 3 weeks for small orders. This issue should be resolved by December.

For the long term, changes in the form of price increases will happen by the end of the year. We are getting far too many High resolution and DSLR scanning requests and its causing massive delays for everyone.

So till the end of the month we are partly closed. C-41 is still getting developed on a limited bases. Other film types are also being worked on but with large delays. Any film already developed should be done soon. However our DSLR room is completely blocked off and will not be reopen till after Thanksgiving.

About our Lab:
Our lab is Temporally (Semi) Closed. Our normal business hours will resume in December from 6pm to 10pm Mon-Thurs and 10am to 10pm Most Weekends. Both Andrew (owner) and Rachel (Manager) hold Full time Jobs from 7am to 5pm Monday-Friday in unrelated fields. Both of them love film and started this lab to make film photography as affordable as possible. Both of them believe in low cost high quality work. Quality is more important than speed to them so please be patient. This business is their way of helping the film community. However unlike a normal lab, their lab is operated in their free time. Life often gets in the way with unexpected events and sometimes they take a Saturday off and do some of their own film photography. So the turn around time is an estimate for a single roll or a few rolls. Larger orders or multiple film types in a single order will take a whole lot longer.
