We shut down the site one final time to do yet another website overhaul complete with price updates. Our goal is to put the additional funds generated into hiring more help which translates to faster turn around times.

8-20-22
Did a Fixer change on our C-41 film processor. Because of a short supply of fixer up till now I skipped my normal fixer replacement I do ever 3 months. We finally got a decent about in and it was an absolute mess, never should have waited this long. The tank is plated in silver and even after multiple to clean the racks I still can’t get all the plated silver off. Anyway after about 6 hours of trying I gave up and put everything back together with new fixer. Testing tomorrow but hopefully all this work paid off. Tomorrow we test the machine with then new fixer and then expect to start developing all afternoon and evening.

We are returning from our 10 day vacation and expect to resume normal business hours on Monday. We had a wonderful time but now we really need to get back to work. We are going to be making some policy changes to try to reduce turn around times and improve over all work flow. These change will include but will not be limited to a complete overhaul to our note section and new services added so we can better meet our customers needs.

Our lab will be closed Friday August 5th to Sunday August 14th. Once a year we take a road trip covering as many states as possible and seeing all the wonderful things here in the United States.
If you just sent in film or are sending film soon. We will be developing ECN-2 and Black and White July 30th & 31st. On Monday - Wednesday we will be developing C-41 only. We will be technically closed Thursday so we have time to pack and get ready. Friday 8am we hit the road heading for Hershey Park. From there we are heading to CASS WV, Natural Bridge VA, Myrtle Beach SC, Atlanta GA, Memphis TN, Pigeon Forge TN, and many many more wonderful stops along the way. If we don’t receive your film before we leave you will have to wait a bit longer for your photos but don’t worry about us receiving them, Someone is collecting of our mail so we can get to work Sunday Aug 14th in the afternoon when we return.
