Items to note:

  • At checkout customers must provide contact information: Email, First & Last name, shipping address. We Strongly recommend printing your receipt and including it with your film. If you are getting high res scans or prints, Please let us know on this paper!

  • Payments are handled through PayPal and Stripe

  • Inside the package you are shipping to us, PLEASE print & add a copy of the receipt or include a slip of paper with your full name, return address, order number (including the zeros), requests for pushing/pulling, Scan Resolution and any notes/additional information you’d like to give us in light of developing, scanning, printing, etc.!

  • Outside of the package your are shipping to us, PLEASE include the order number (including the zeros).

  • Negatives are always returned. Your Negatives are the purest form of your pictures. They are excellent for long term storage of the pictures you took. They should always be saved.

    • Negatives are cut and returned in plastic protective sleeves.

    • 120 is returned in print file sleeves.

  • Our turnaround times are a GOAL and not a guarantee.

    • C-41 turnaround time is typically 5-7 days

    • B&W turnaround time is typically 12-16 days*

    • E6 turnaround time is typically 3 to 4 weeks

    • ECN-2 Turnaround time is typically 7 to 12 days

      • This turnaround time is for fresh 35mm or 120. Other film types and formats will take longer.
        Sending many types of Black and White film or 10+ rolls can double, triple the turn around time. Orders with20+ rolls and many unique requirements may take 6 to 8 months to complete

  • Please note at checkout in the form and within the note you include in your package if you are interested in having your film pushed/pulled, if your film is expired, or any other important items to note.

    • Pushing and pulling costs extra.

      • For C-41: Pulling is $5 per stop / Pushing is $2 extra/stop.

      • B&W pushing is $3 per stop

      • E-6, Pushing $4 per stop

      • All pulling is $5 per stop (and is highly Not recommended)

  • If your film develops blank there is no refund or discount. However if 100% of your film is blank you can request to not have your film returned and have that cost refunded to you.
